Duration of Warranty:


AG Tru Cut LLC provides a 1-year warranty on parts for the Kuiet Kut Grinder. The warranty period begins from the date of delivery. Covered Components: The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for all parts of the Kuiet Kut Grinder, excluding labor costs.


Excluded Items: The following items are expressly excluded from this warranty:

● Teeth

● Cutterhead

● Components

● Belts


Warranty Limitations: The warranty does not cover:

● Misuse or abuse of the Kuiet Kut Grinder.

● Damage caused by improper installation, maintenance, or repairs.

● Normal wear and tear.

● Any modifications or alterations to the product.


Metal or Steel Limitation: The warranty explicitly does not cover any damage caused by putting metal or steel through the Kuiet Kut Grinder.


Claim Procedure: To make a warranty claim, the customer should contact AG Tru Cut LLC through one of the following methods:

Customers must provide proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and, if applicable, images supporting the claim. AG Tru Cut LLC reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any warranty claim.


Resolution Options: Upon approval of a valid warranty claim, AG Tru Cut LLC may, at its discretion: ● Repair the defective part.

● Replace the defective part with a new or refurbished part.

● Provide a refund for the purchase price.


Labor Costs: This warranty does not cover labor costs associated with the replacement or repair of defective parts. The customer is responsible for any labor expenses incurred. Transferability: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the Kuiet Kut Grinder.
