Kuiet Kut Grinders:

AG Tru Cut LLC does not accept refunds or returns for Kuiet Kut Grinders, except as required by law. All sales of Kuiet Kut Grinders are considered final. Customers are encouraged to thoroughly review product specifications and details before making a purchase.

Deposits:

All deposits made for custom work or Kuiet Kut Grinders are non-refundable. Once a deposit is paid, it is considered a commitment to the purchase, and the amount is retained to cover costs associated with initiating the production process or reserving the product.

Exceptions:

Refunds or returns may only be considered under the following circumstances: The product is received in a damaged or defective condition.

The wrong product is delivered. .

Claim Procedure:

Customers must notify AG Tru Cut LLC of any damaged or defective products within a reasonable time frame. To initiate a claim, contact AG Tru Cut LLC through one of the following methods:

Discretionary Refunds:
